Ya'know, If you want to get better, you need to practice.
enough practice and observation will always make you better if you do it frequently enough.
Observe the way other artists do things, try to find people who post links to videos of their drawing process, explain how they construct things, or that post tutorials, though whatever you do, don't copy or trace(It doesn't really teach you anything, trust me)
That's how I got where I am now; From practice, dedication, getting as much knowledge as is possible without being bothersome from those more experienced than me, and drawing whenever I feel inspired by something, whether it be by somebody else's art or by a random idea.
Though there may be times where you are uncertain of yourself or discouraged, don't give up, don't stop trying, and don't be afriad to ask others for their knowledge.
Always be eager to learn from other artists; It's almost always very rewarding, and it'll sometimes help you understand how to do certian things.
you may ask one question, and not only get the answer to that question, but get what I call a branch of answers.
Take drawing fur, for example. let's say you ask an artist how to draw fur- they may point out that different animals have different fur textures(which they do) and then tell you their technique for pulling off each one with whatever medium they use.
Oh and, If you want a glittery-eyed smily, then type:*iconiloveyouplz: without the asterisk (*).
